Click and Collect Details and Shop Opening Times

Orders can be collected any time during our opening hours. We will send a text message or email to confirm that your order is ready.  Placing a Click & Collect Order on the Wild Tails website up to 7 days before collection ensures that we can reserve your items for you.

We are open 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Open 10am to 4pm Saturdays and

Sundays open 10am to 2pm 

Nationwide Delivery

We now deliver to all main land UK addresses. If your address is outside the CF postcode area, we will use a nationwide postal service/courier. We will endeavour to ship within one working day of receipt of your order.  Please allow a further 2-3 days for your order to arrive.

Please make every effort for someone to be available to receive the parcel on the agreed date and time slot. Customers will be responsible for the parcel once it has been delivered. If there is no reply, the parcel will be left at the Shipping Address by the main door unless you have left us specific instructions.

Frozen food will need to be placed in a freezer as soon as possible. Wild Tails does not take responsibility for products spoiling or being stolen or damaged after the delivery has been made.

Local Delivery (within the CF postcode area)

If delivering near to our shop in South Wales, we will mostly hand-deliver your order ourselves. The table below shows our delivery days and locations (giving you a rough idea – not every village is listed). We will be flexible if we can so please contact us if you need a delivery outside of the plan shown below. We can deliver to work places and alternative addresses.

Deliveries are always completely FREE to the following areas near our shop in Tonyrefail in South Wales: Church Village, Beddau, Efail Isaf, Tonteg… and of course, Tonyrefail. Please spend over £10.

Delivery charges are calculated on the Check Out page.

Deliveries in the wider CF postcode area are FREE for orders over £40.  Please note – Free delivery is calculated based on the total after any other discounts have been applied. 

Please note that although we will do our best to deliver as planned below, this depends on conditions being safe for travel.

Please ensure that you have enough food to last you if there has to be a delay

UK Wide Deliveries 

Frozen Items

If you need a special delivery or the shipping address is not here in the CF postcode area AND your order contains frozen items, then we can use an Overnight Delivery Service. Delivery is guaranteed before 10.30am.  Delivery days for the Overnight Service are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Please do not complete your order online.  Instead, please contact us at least 2 days before the required delivery date on 07729 266457.

The delivery charge will be £17.05 up to 15kg with an additional £0.34p per kg up to 100kg.  If the shipping address is in Scotland or Northern Ireland then the cost may be greater.

When using a professional courier, tracking information will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Non Frozen Items

If ordering only non frozen items then the delivery charge automatically calculated on the Check Out page will be correct and there is no need to contact us.

We will use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked.  Tracking information will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Regular Orders / Subscriptions

If you would like a regular order (or a reminder by text) with no commitment, please ask in the shop or contact us via email, social media or call on 07729 266457. We will be happy to arrange.  We do not currently take payments for regular orders automatically. We would prefer to give our customers more flexibility.
