Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Frozen items will be eligible for return at our discretion only and MUST NOT have been defrosted at any point.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the producer.


Refunds are accepted in the event of damages or no receipt of goods.  Refunds or exchanges for frozen items may also be accepted upon our discretion, for example, if we are working with you to establish which food your pet would prefer.

If your return has been received by us by post, then once it has has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request has been approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Wild Tails, 20 High Street, Tonyrefail, Porth, CF39 8PG.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



We do not store your financial information, whether your order is placed over the internet, in person, or over the telephone.

Any personal data provided by you will remain confidential, and will not be shared with third parties without your specific authority.

We will retain your delivery address and any email address provided via our website. If you wish for your details to be removed from our database please notify us by email or write to us at Wild Tails, 20 High Street, Tonyrefail, Porth, CF39 8PG.

Any promotional content contained on this website is subject to inventory availability. Wild Tails reserves the right to cancel or modify any such promotion at any time and without notice.



You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold Wild Tails and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Terms by you or anyone you are responsible for or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
