🎁 Wild Tails Rewards – Everyone Loves FREE Food!
You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend – every order, big or small. This applies in the shop as well as on wild-tails.com. Our system will record your points for you.
Your points automatically build towards free food rewards, with no coupon codes to remember and no ‘brand only’ restrictions. We encourage a varied, balanced diet, so you’re free to mix proteins and brands while still earning rewards.
Silver Reward – redeemable when you have 35 points or more. Reward is worth around £3.50.
Gold Reward – redeemable when you have 70 points or more. Reward is worth around £9.
👉 When you have enough points and you wish to redeem a reward, the easiest way is to just tell us in the Order Notes on the Checkout Page. “Silver Reward”, “Gold Reward”, “Silver & Gold Rewards” etc.
Unless you tell us, we’ll choose a reward for you based on your order history. So if you normally buy Dibo 1Kg bags for example, we’ll add these FREE. Perhaps you would like a “Naked Dog Pure Venison pack” or “Long lasting treats”, “No chicken please” etc… just let us know.
Unused points roll over – nothing is lost! 😃
Please note that Wild Tails Treat Boxes and Frozen Box Deals don’t earn points as they are already heavily discounted.

On Tuesday 3rd February, the Wild Tails team will be converting customers’ old “Loyalty Scheme” stamps into far more generous Wild Tails Reward Points.
You’ll be able to see how many you have in My Points below.
You don’t have to remember and apply “brand specific” coupon codes anymore, like TN10, RR12 or DG10. They’ve gone.
The new system uses coupons but it’s all automatic.

I used to buy in bulk from one brand and get a discount. Will I be better off on the new scheme?
Yes – this is very important! You’ll get free food rather than a discount but with it more choice. Now every pound you spend counts. Unused points roll over.
The Wild Tails Team agreed a special discount with me because my bill was over a certain amount. Is this changing?
Good news! No – these agreements remain.
I order online and in the shop. Can I redeem my points and get rewards both ways?
Yes. We’ll ask for your email address. All points and rewards are recorded in one place.
How can I check how many points I have?
Ask in the shop OR log in at wild-tails.com, click on your Account and then Points and Rewards.
So, you’ve combined all the brand-specific deals and the Loyalty Scheme into one? Yes and now no one has to miss out! It’s also much simpler.
Can you give examples of Pounds earning Points? £1.20 = 1 Point; £45.66 = 45 Points.
What if I live outside your Local Delivery area. Can I still earn and redeem rewards? Yes. However, we can only send you rewards from our large Non Frozen range.
