Collections and Opening Times
Orders can be collected any time during our opening hours. We will send a text message or email to confirm that your order is ready. Placing a Click & Collect Order on the Wild Tails website up to 7 days before collection ensures that we can reserve your items for you.
For repeat orders, please make use of the handy, Order Again button that you will find next to your previous orders on the Account page.

Monday to Friday – 10am to 6pm
Saturday – 10am – 4pm
We are open most Sundays from 10am to 2pm
Delivery
We now deliver to all main land UK addresses.
Local Delivery
If delivering near to our shop in South Wales, we will mostly hand-deliver your order ourselves. We will contact you in advance to agree a delivery date.
Deliveries are completely FREE to the following areas near our shop in Tonyrefail in South Wales: Church Village, Beddau, Efail Isaf, Tonteg… and of course, Tonyrefail. Please spend over £10.
Delivery charges are calculated on the Check Out page.
Deliveries in the wider CF postcode area are FREE for orders over £40. Please note – Free delivery is calculated based on the total after any other discounts have been applied.
UK Wide Deliveries
If delivering to other parts of the country (outside the CF postcode area) then we will post out your order. We will aim to despatch within 2 days of receipt of your order.
Important: If your order contains frozen items, we will use a next day delivery courier service.

Regular Orders / Subscriptions
If you would like a regular order with no commitment, please ask in the shop or contact us via email, social media or call on 07729 266457. We will be happy to arrange. We do not currently take payments for regular orders automatically or insist that delivery be on a certain date (as per a subscription programme). We would prefer to give our customers more flexibility.
