At Wild Tails – Raw Food Specialists we understand that certain dogs and cats require specific food because of allergies, intolerances or medical conditions.  We offer a very wide range of products and have fresh stock arriving typically ever week. 

In addition, we are able to offer certain products from our existing suppliers, on request. This is the reason for this page 😊.

How to order items that we’ll buy in especially for you

If the product you require is displayed below, please add to your basket in the normal way.  You will also earn Wild Tails Rewards Points in the normal way, which you can redeem for free food at a later date.

You can include these products in an order with any other available products on our website and pay for your whole order at checkout as normal.

Please note that we will require payment before buying in the stock you require.

Please allow approximately 7 days for your special items to arrive at our shop in Tonyrefail.  From here your items will be available to collect or if you’re local to us, we can deliver by hand.  Please see our Delivery and Collection page for more details.  Please note that we can ship non frozen items throughout the UK but we do not ship frozen items outside our local area.

If our supplier of your special items do not have them in stock, we will contact you to update you.  You retain the right to cancel the order at any time.

If you require an item which is not displayed below and is not currently available anywhere on our website, but you would love us to stock it, then please contact us to discuss.  We’ll see what we can do!
